Requirement

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Good knowledge of hardware, software, and network connections.

·         Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Job Description

·         Manage and support various IT operations and systems across the organization.

·         Perform installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software.

·         Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment such as computers, printers, and network devices.

·         Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.

·         Monitor and maintain internet connections and data backup systems.

·         Provide user support and technical assistance to staff in resolving system-related issues.

·         Assist in preparing and maintaining IT documentation and inventory records.

·         Support system security measures and assist in basic firewall and cybersecurity monitoring.

·         Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
