Requirement
📌Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Post graduate degree may be an added advantage.
📌Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
📌 Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best financial practices.
📌 IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
📌 Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels.

Job Description
1. Financial Management and Reporting
- Prepare and manage the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Banking Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (IFRS/Myanmar Financial Reporting Standards).
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop, forecast, and implement the company's annual financial budgets.
- Prepare sales, cost, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results and investigate discrepancies.
3. Treasury and Tax Management
- Manage the company's cash flow effectively and forecast funding requirements.
- Maintain relationships with banks and negotiate financing arrangements.
- Manage all tax compliance matters, including monthly and annual tax filings and refund claims, in accordance with tax laws.
4. Inventory Purchasing and Cost Control
- Implement effective cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Participate in financial decisions related to the procurement of raw materials.
5. Internal Controls and Auditing
- Establish and monitor the company's financial policies and internal control systems.
- Develop financial security measures to prevent inventory loss and theft.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
6. Team Leadership and Communication
- Manage and lead the finance department staff.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Account, Audit, Procurement).
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management and investors.
