Requirement
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred)
- Minimum
of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution, with at
least 3 years in a manager role
- Proven
ability to set and achieve Primary and Secondary Sales KPIs
- Solid
background in market analysis and demand planning
- Demonstrated
leadership in managing, mentoring, and evaluating sales teams
- Excellent

Job Description
- Develop
and execute the company’s overall sales strategy aligned with business
objectives.
- Identify
new market opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
- Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape sales
strategies.
- Set annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee
daily sales operations and performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Negotiate
high-value contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
- Manage
sales budgets and ensure profitability through effective pricing and cost
management.
- Track
revenue performance and optimize sales margins.
- Ensure
compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales
activities.
- Prepare
detailed sales reports, analyze performance data, and present findings and
strategic recommendations to Senior Management/National Sales Manager.
