Requirement

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape sales strategies.
  • Set annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and performance metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure profitability through effective pricing and cost management.
  • Track revenue performance and optimize sales margins.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, analyze performance data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to Senior Management/National Sales Manager.
