Requirement
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA
or professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or
Strategic Marketing is highly preferred.
- 5–8
years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role. (Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, FMCG, or
lifestyle industries is an advantage.)
- Advanced
proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital advertising
platforms.
- Exceptional
strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep
understanding of luxury branding and high-end consumer behavior.
Job Description
- Lead
the overall marketing strategy and execution for key product categories (White
Gold, Diamond, and 18K), ensuring premium brand positioning and
sustainable revenue growth.
- Mentor
and develop the marketing team across three core areas: Brand &
Product, Customer Success, and Creative, fostering a culture of
accountability and creativity.
- Oversee
and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social
media, in-store, and offline channels, including new store grand openings
and high-impact events.
- Plan
and control monthly/annual budgets and KPIs, ensuring optimal resource
allocation and a high return on investment (ROI).
- Execute
product launches and seasonal promotions while scaling digital platforms
and social media engagement with a focus on brand consistency.
- Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify
new opportunities and refine existing strategies.
- Monitor
campaign performance, engagement metrics, and showroom performance,
providing regular reports to the Executive Director/Managing Director.
- Establish
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve workflow efficiency
within the marketing department.
- Coordinate
with internal departments and external partners to maintain the highest
standards of brand excellence.
